we are going home at sometime today. and since it is not like checking out of a hotel - this could take all day.. but he is very happy and we are going home with oxygen and physical therapy. And we have not figured out the air conditioner yet but a friend thinks it is just a fan issue.. I sure hope so. Maybe Harry's luck is wearing off on me.
I will post again when we get home

Greg here ...
Proud and thankful. I'm so very proud and thankful, Mona. Please tell Uncle Harry how proud I am of him to fight so hard. Probably second only to myself, he'll know just how much my dad was a "never give up" kind of guy. I can see, now, why they've always been such good friends. I had no idea that my Uncle Harry was an amazingly tenacious fighter! I'm very proud.
I couldn't be more thankful, too, for both of you. I can't even imagine the toll and daily struggle that you're both dealing with. But, I thank you for being there and being unwavering in your support and love.
I'll leave you with a funny story to hopefully brighten your day. Recently, Macy (3 and a half) went to the doctor with Tina to get some tests done. Tina had to give blood and Macy was VERY curious about why Tina was leaving her blood at the doctor's office. Tina explained, "Well, they'll run some tests on the blood and the blood will tell the doctors if mommy is sick, or, it'll tell them if mommy is eating the wrong food, or, the blood will tell them if there's anything wrong with the baby in my belly." Macy paused, clearly in thought. Then, she asked, "Blood talks?!?!?"
Kids DO say the funniest things ... hang in there. We love you guys.
